The special flavors of the Tour de Longevity extra virgin olive oil can be traced to the rich volcanic soil on the Spring Mountain property. Approximately one hundred gallons are produced annually and proudly shared with food banks, charities and non-profit organizations.

A Quiet Presence in the Gatehouse Restaurant of the Culinary Institute of America
TDL Olive Oil was donated to the Gatehouse Restaurant (Gatehouse Restaurant - CIA at Greystone - St. Helena, CA), a student-engaged restaurant at the Culinary Institute of America, which is a non-profit organization. The olive oil is featured on several menu items by celebrated chef Paul Canales. The Gatehouse restaurant and Institute highlight the importance of healthy, locally-sourced ingredients to the students. TDL extra virgin olive oil is grown and harvested within 2 miles of the school
